I'm a Registered Psychologist specializing in counselling and sport psychology. I work with a wide variety of issues and tailor therapy to meet the needs of each individual. I believe that individuals have the ability to work through challenges they face, however at times can have difficulties navigating these challenges or feel stuck. I will collaborate with you to help to facilitate desired change. My process involves uncovering and strengthening the abilities you already have while promoting greater self-understanding and skill acquisition to help you arrive at meaningful solutions.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, injury rehabilitation and life transitions. In sports and performance psychology I can help by providing a strong foundation of mental skills in order to help you reach your goals and become a more complete athlete and/or performer whether you are at recreational, developing or professional levels.
I strive to create a comfortable, understanding and supportive environment for individuals to address what they choose to work on. Together, my clients and I come to the solutions that allow them to grow, move forward or overcome what challenges them.
