As a clinical social worker with 11+ years of experience working with adolescents, adults & couples managing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, self-esteem & relationship issues, I believe in empowering people through a person-centered and collaborative approach. My clinical approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based process to trigger goal-oriented actions. During each personalized session, I use a multitude of therapeutic models in order to serve my clients needs individually.
