In June of 2018, I opened my private practice to serve the community through individual counselling services, family sessions, and group offerings. Bloom Wellness is now a group practice comprised of five therapists. I, myself, primarily work with kids, teens and young adults experiencing various concerns including anxiety, panic disorders, selective mutism, post-traumatic stress disorder, and life stressors. I practice with a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing.
I have a particular interest in the mind-body connection and understand that there are many moving parts when it comes to healing, so a holistic approach ensures the best outcome for each individual. I believe everyone is the expert of themselves, and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to wellness.
