I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Many clients seek a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings with someone who is both understanding and experienced. I provide this supportive perspective to help you gain insight, clarity, and empowerment.

Whenever possible, I like to meet outdoors in parks or on nature trails. Combining adventure-based therapy with evidence-based approaches can help clients process emotions more deeply, practice mindfulness, and develop self-regulation while engaging in a restorative, meaningful activity.
