Lauren is a 2nd gen Filipino Canadian working in Vancouver BC in a playful and creative space! If you're a youth, young adult or working professional who is struggling with big transitions and big feelings, you're in the right place. Lauren combines talk therapy with the creative process to support those with struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, shame, trauma, cultural identity, and other mental health challenges. She also specializes in working with teens and adults diagnosed with ADHD, understanding the complex challenges they face while supporting them with practical skills and strategies.
Lauren works with her clients relationally and collaboratively, drawing from her knowledge and clinical experience with a relaxed and trauma informed approach. She draws from several modalities and tailors treatment based on your needs, context, and your personal goals.
