I am a solo mom by choice, daily learning more compassion for my child and myself. I am a cancer survivor. I’ve practiced movement meditation for over three decades which supports my wellness. I am bisexual and trans-allied, and I welcome all identities and expressions into the therapy space.
I offer clinical supervision to RP(Qualifying), RP, and social work professionals. I teach at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and have spent nearly 15 years working at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). My work integrates evidence-based treatment with a somatic, Gestalt-based foundation.
