My name is Lauren Legere and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Downtown Vancouver. I work with individuals who are looking for support with anxiety/panic attacks, relationships and professional burnout among others. I empower you to create healthy relationships with yourself and others while helping to give you the tools to help thrive in your fast-paced environments.
As each individual has different strengths and needs, I believe that therapy should reflect that. I integrate different therapeutic approaches to create something that works for you. Some of the theories I draw from include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), EMDR, Mindfulness and Trauma-Informed practice among others.
I approach therapy from a client-centered, strengths based approach where my role is to help facilitate and support you on your journey.
