I have worked in various jobs throughout my life. At the age of 50, I made the decision to return to school and obtained my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My career has included positions in community mental health centres, and more recently, I have joined Collectivus Psychotherapy. In my practice, I prioritize the belief that the client is the expert of their own life. While I bring education, experience, and a commitment to ongoing professional development to our sessions, I remain flexible and responsive to the needs of my clients. Together, we work collaboratively to guide the direction of our conversation.

I employ a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and the Developmental Model for Couples Counselling, among others. I work with individuals of all ages as well as couples, appreciating the unique challenges and rewards of each journey.
