I use a warm, person-centered approach and believe that therapy works best when there’s a strong and trusting connection between therapist and client. I also use CBT techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while building practical tools for everyday life. My hope is to help you feel seen, valued, and supported while we work together toward the goals that matter most to you.
I have experience treating those with struggles in relationships, addiction, military life, queer identity and relationships, anxiety and depression, PTSD & C-PTSD, etc.
