I believe counselling should be as routine as seeing your family doctor. At its heart, therapy is a relationship built on trust, care, and safety. My trauma-informed, relational, harm-reduction approach emphasizes choice, safety, and working at a pace that feels right for you.

Healing can be challenging, and you don’t have to do it alone. I work alongside clients with care and compassion, supporting change that feels meaningful, realistic, and lasting.
