I integrate various therapeutic models into my practice in order honour the fact that therapy is a deeply personal journey. Through a non-judgemental approach, I can help you in restoring balance, finding comfort, and attaining personal growth. I welcome work with people of all ages, though I have a particular passion for working with kids and teens.
