In session, I will help you explore these feelings with compassion, uncover their origins & find a way forward. Therapy is a process of self-exploration and skill-building, where you're not just heard but truly supported and empowered to make meaningful change.
Inclusivity and belonging are central to my practice. I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic illness, & the effects of childhood abuse. I am trained in various therapeutic approaches and offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) to help process memories and promote healing.
I also specialize in Neurodiversity-Affirming therapies, focusing on comfort and self-regulation. My goal is to help you make positive change and feel secure within yourself and your relationships.
