If you are late-diagnosed neurodivergent or suspect ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD, we may be a great fit. Maybe you are struggling with anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, or perimenopause. Perhaps you have felt generally capable through life, and now all of a sudden things feel much harder. Whether you are wanting supports to help you manage day-to-day life or whether you are wanting to better understand your brain and heal from past trauma, I approach each client with compassion and open curiosity to create change. As a late-diagnosed Autistic ADHDer myself, I get it and I'm here for you.

As I get to know you and we plan our work together, we will discuss which approaches might fit best for your goals. Compassion and curiosity are at the forefront of my practice that centres neurodivergent affirming care. If you've tried traditional talk therapy or CBT before and want something a bit different we may be a good fit.

Whoever you are, and whatever you are navigating, please know you are welcome here. It can feel incredibly difficult to reach out for support but also incredibly lonely trying to manage it all alone.
