If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in old patterns, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a warm, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we can explore challenges such as stress, anger, emotional regulation, or people-pleasing, and work toward greater clarity and balance in your life. I have a particular passion for helping clients understand how their past experiences shape their present, to compassionately build awareness and move away from old patterns. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all neurotypes, including ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergence.
As I get to know you and we plan our work together, we will discuss approaches that might fit best for your goals. Compassion is at the forefront of my practice. I work with caregivers and parents, and women who have been late-diagnosed with ADHD or Autism. I also work with clients on trauma processing for PTSD and use IFS, EMDR, Attachment theory, and CBT.
I offer a safe space to talk about whatever you are facing without judgment.
