I have assisted many individuals in improving their understanding of themselves & their relationships with others by using an approach founded in empathy, trust, and non-judgement. All of my work is rooted in a Trauma-Informed perspective & Anti-Oppressive Practice lens. I strive to respond to the unique needs of my clients, because you are the expert of your own life.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. I consider myself an integrative therapist and utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Strengths-Based and Attachment Theory modalities.
