Hi, I’m Lauren and I’m really glad you’re here. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, burned out, or not quite yourself - you’re in the right place. I’m a queer, non-binary therapist with 20+ years in mental health, trauma and addictions front-line roles. I work with adults experiencing mental health challenges, relationships and big life decisions. Many of the people I support are part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community navigating coming out, transitioning and the heaviness of not being seen. I also support front-line workers through burnout and stress. Therapy with me is curious, less clinical, and friendly - you lead the way.
I have extensive training in several modalities, and have been told that I am warm, relational and solution-focused. To support healing, I weave in brain-based and somatic approaches like Brainspotting, mindfulness, attachment, harm reduction, and creative work (like music or art), and always from a social justice lens. We will explore what works for you.
