Many of the people I work with have spent a long time managing on their own before reaching out. They might be navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, big life transitions, or questions around identity, intimacy, and relationships. Some are neurodivergent — diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out. Some are queer, trans, or questioning. Some are couples or non-monogamous partners trying to find their way back to each other.
What they share is a sense that something has to change — and the courage to take one small step toward that.
I’m a queer, neurodivergent psychotherapist — and that shapes so much of my work. I offer ACT-based individual therapy for youth and adults, and Gottman-informed relationship counselling for all relationship structures. In person in Ottawa, or virtually across Ontario. I show up as my full self, and I invite you to do the same.
I believe therapy works best when it’s a genuine collaboration — two people showing up honestly, working toward what matters to you.
