Trauma Clinic - Urgent Appointments Available - Our Serene Wood Psychotherapy team is here to support you. As for me, I work with adults and children (play therapy room) experiencing the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, grief, difficult life situations such as divorce, illness & bullying, and more. I will stand with you in challenging times, and can help you move through difficult emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. Whether I am being silly with children to demonstrate emotions or immersed in exploring past traumas with adults, I come from a place of warm compassion, optimism, and collaboration.

I have 20+ years of healthcare industry experience in different specialties that support an integrative psychotherapy model. In addition, I have completed formal training to support children and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, challenging behaviours, & significant life changes or events.
