I am a lifetime resident of Lambton County with over 25 years of experience working as a Social Worker. My Counselling specialties include working with couples, families, as well as working with individuals struggling with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression.
I obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees of Social Work from the University of Windsor. I also graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
Co-Workers and friends describe me as down-to-earth, warm, and approachable with a sense of humor. I am a trained EMDR therapist and I also utilize a combination of CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT while providing counseling in a warm comfortable setting.
