Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, relationship issues, identity, sexuality, behavioural challenges, and familial conflict. My approach is rooted in an attachment-based and trauma-informed perspective, and I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support each client’s unique needs.

In our work together, I draw from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, somatic practices, and systemic approaches. I’ve also completed Level 1 and 2 training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, which informs my work with relationships.

I welcome clients of all ages and am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals. My goal is to support healing, connection, and growth in a way that feels collaborative and empowering.
