When I'm working with children, teens, or parents, I create a nonjudgmental space where you can get in touch with your identities, strengths, emotions, and values. Being fully seen and appreciated is the first step towards change.
Play is the natural language of children and how and grow! I specialize in support for kids ages 3-10. As they experience emotional validation, self-direction, and agency, children begin to increase self-acceptance, and learn new ways to show their feelings and needs. For teens and adults, I offer counseling & dramatherapy (for more info check the photos!)
When parents feel overwhelmed or frustrated, reaching out for help takes energy and courage. You want someone to see your child as the full, wonderful person they are. The child is not the problem- the problem is the problem! Therapeutic play empowers your child to reconnect with who they are, I'd be honored to be a part of your child's journey of growth!
