I work with people who seem “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck underneath. Maybe you’re an overthinker, a people-pleaser, or someone who’s gotten really good at holding it all together while quietly struggling. You may be navigating a life transition, grief, relationship struggles, difficult emotions, trauma, or past experiences that still affect how you see yourself and move through the world. I offer a warm, genuine space where you don’t have to pretend you have everything figured out. We’ll look at where these patterns come from, how they’re affecting you now, and what you want to do differently.

I specialize in relational, trauma-informed therapy with a sense of humour that blends approaches. I am trained in: EMDR (trauma therapy), CBT, DBT, & Relapse Prevention. I support those facing anxiety, emotional regulation, or emotional stuckness. I want to help by building coping tools, and work toward meaningful change with warmth, curiosity, and humour!

Therapy can be a place to talk about the things you don’t always know how to talk about elsewhere - a place for trauma-dumping. Whether you need to vent, process, or find your footing, I’ll meet you with curiosity and no judgment. I’ve worked in hospitals, treatment centres, and community care, so nothing is too much or too small to bring into the room.
