I work with adults facing some difficulties related to mood, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss, personality, relationships, life transitions, workplace and school functioning, self-compassion, and growth. I also have a particular interest in trauma and interpersonal and couple relationship functioning, such as infidelity, separation, and divorce.
I work as a Therapist under the supervision of Dr. Dino Zuccarini, C.Psych. in a collective of over 70 clinicians at CFIR. Clinicians at CFIR provide 26 treatment and 17 assessment services, and various clinicians at CFIR offer free consultations and therapy sessions commencing at $70 per session through the Reduced Cost Services Program.
