Attending Emotion-Focused Therapy can help to address painful emotions, identify patterns that keep you "stuck", and to gain awareness of your needs. EFT can help attain a deeper level of connection internally and with others. My therapeutic approach is ideal for you if your goal is to look at what may be holding you back in your close relationships. I often work with issues such as infidelity, marriage/parenting conflicts and separation.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, warm, thought-provoking and detailed. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy and experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have specialized training in Sexual Addiction Therapy (CSAT) and work with spouses/partners of addicts to heal from betrayal trauma.
