Perhaps you're feeling anxious, numb or stuck. Or maybe you’re struggling with past trauma or loss. Whether you’re searching for solid ground, a way forward, or a greater sense of meaning and connection in life, I will hold your story with dignity and non-judgment. I bring a gentle, focused attention to our time together, offering a space where you’re welcome to feel, talk about—and question—anything. I have experience working with childhood/complex trauma, PTSD, abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship ruptures, identity shifts and other concerns.
I use a person-centred, integrative approach and see therapy as a process of exploration, growth and healing. I often draw from IFS/parts work, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and emotion and body-focused therapies. As a relational, feminist therapist, I welcome all orientations, including queer and gender-diverse clients.
You deserve compassionate support and a space to be heard. If you feel this might be a fit, please visit my website for a video about me, what to expect in session, and how to book. You can also reach out for a free consultation through this profile or the website. I would love to hear from you.
