As a mother myself, my passion is helping other mothers and children. I enjoy working with both adults and children (generally up to 12yrs old) and together, we can have meaningful conversations that align with your goals. I provide evidence and nurture-based information to support you in your parenting choices and children in enhancing their emotional wellness, which is often connected to working through worries and bringing their confidence to the forefront.

I specialize in working with women and children who want to feel more relaxed and comfortable in these deep and meaningful conversations. Parents have access to a lot of information and often only get snipits of it via social media. We can untangle that information together to find what aligns best with your life, your children, and circumstance.

Children's Friendship Skills Group

One of the hardest things our children can experience is difficulty with friendships. This can happen for so many different reasons. This small group (4 children) will focus on Friendship Skills and practice them amongst the group. This group is scheduled to be an outdoor group. Once the Skills section of the group is completed, the children will have time to practice those skills through outdoor play in both Sunshine Circle (Theraplay) activities and in free play.

This is a 5 week series of infant-parent classes focused on how to use safe touch, incorporating infant massage techniques, to support your infant’s emotional well-being while supporting your own well-being through discussions focused on attachment, attunement, bonding, sleep, and emotional health.
