I offer a patient, emotionally safe place of compassion & effective support. My goal is to help you flourish & heal from trauma, conflict, confusion and pain. I keep it natural, informal & very real. I do not believe my traditional academic training alone is what enables me to help others. My own healing journey from trauma, combined with extensive certification and/or training with Dr. Gabor Mate, Dr. G. Neufeld, Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Steven Porges, Dr. Dan Siegel, Dr. Dick Schwartz, and others, has led people to work with me. It takes a village :)
