Beginning counselling is a courageous act! It is a place for you to ask big questions, deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, and learn new ways of working with your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Through the ways that are most meaningful to you, I will support you in discovering and navigating both the toughness and fullness of life.
I draw on different philosophies in my counselling work, though most importantly, I embrace people as their whole selves and honour your unique experiences. I attend to what is coming up for you moment to moment in your thoughts, feelings, and in your body. My approach to counselling is creative and integrative, where I also show up curiously and honestly.
Together, we will explore the ways of working that best support your healing and what brings meaning for you in and out of the counselling space.
