Welcome. My goal is to assist you in achieving optimal well-being. I am dedicated to supporting healing and happiness for all individuals. Through effective communication and attentive listening, I aim to help your development of practical tools and life skills to promote a healthy lifestyle. The therapeutic approaches I utilize include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Brief Action Planning and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). These evidence-based methods are widely recognized for their effectiveness. I am also a trained Doula and provide support for expecting moms and dads.
If you are experiencing fatigue or frustration, counselling can offer guidance and help foster hope. There are multiple pathways to healing, and selecting the most appropriate approach depends on individual responsiveness to therapy. We will assess what works best for you and make adjustments as needed. My role is to provide support throughout this process.
Addressing feelings such as shame and guilt is an important aspect of our work. We will focus on developing a positive perspective to encourage self-acceptance and personal growth.
