I work with teens, men, and everyday people who want to feel more grounded, balanced, and confident in themselves. Together, we’ll get curious about what’s going on beneath the surface and build tools that help you manage emotions, ease anxiety, and move toward the best version of yourself. My approach is holistic, seeing you as a whole person—not a list of symptoms—because no issue is too big or too small, support is always within reach.

I support clients with trauma, anxiety, relationships, and emotion regulation. With 12+ years of experience in the helping field, I’m a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC), Trauma Professional (CCTP & CATP), and CIMHP. My approach draws from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices to help you build resilience, find balance, and create meaningful change.

As a wife and mother of two, I understand how complex and overwhelming life can feel. I work with adults and adolescents, providing a safe, supportive space to navigate challenges, whether they are big life transitions or daily struggles.
