I offer my clients secure video, phone, as well as in person sessions. My practice includes a range of people and issues and I enjoy that diversity. You bring a curiosity about yourself, your situation and a desire for something different in your life. A common denominator among my clients is your need to be seen and heard for who you are. I am honoured to be an insightful guide to my clients as they discover and express themselves more authentically.
While primarily a Gestalt therapist, I pull from training across modalities. In addition to talk therapy, we may explore avenues to expression through sensory awareness, art therapy, role playing & others. This allows us to tap into the wisdom you hold, enabling shifts in perspective and ingrained patterns. I am also an EMDR Trained Therapist (trauma).
My background is diverse and comes with compassion born of experience that enables me to connect well with people from many walks of life. Clients tell me they are surprised by how comfortable they are when we meet and they feel respected by the process we engage in.

We will cover issues that are pressing for you, with some likely topics including Relationships, Healthy Communication, Boundaries, Life Transitions, Intimacy, Loneliness, Anxiety, Empowerment and Stress.
