The main therapy method I work with is Gestalt - which can be quite creative. In addition to talk therapy, we may explore avenues to expression through sensory awareness, art therapy, role playing and others. This allows clients to tap into the wisdom you hold, enabling shifts in perspective and ingrained patterns.
My background is diverse and comes with compassion born of experience that enables me to connect well with people from many walks of life. Clients tell me they are surprised by how comfortable they are when we meet and they feel respected by the process we engage in.

We will cover issues that are pressing for you, with some likely topics including Relationships, Healthy Communication, Boundaries, Life Transitions, Intimacy, Loneliness, Anxiety, Empowerment and Stress. While therapy is certainly serious, we will also have some fun as we explore these issues in creative ways.
