I have been counselling for over 20 yrs and specialize in stress management, relationship issues, grief & loss, personal growth, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Using a holistic and collaborative approach, I will support you to skillfully navigate through the difficulties that life brings, and connect with your resiliency for emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
I am a certified practitioner of Integrative-Body Psychotherapy, with specialized training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Bringing a mindful body-focused approach to counselling will support you to connect with your body's wisdom and inner resources. I incorporate research-proven approaches including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and EMDR.
