My specializations are identity (including sexual, gender, ethnic and religious), relationships/marriage, and chronic pain and disability. I use a variety of tools with a foundation of nonjudgemental, affirmative therapy. Together, we will use tools that suit your strengths and needs to explore issues related to identity, self esteem, depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal relationships, and more.
I specialize in diversity-focused therapy and understanding how you experience the world. I hone in on emotions and body awareness, while challenging thought patterns that may not be helping you.
