I specialize in EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, and Animal-Assisted Therapy, customizing my approach to fit your unique journey. As a former first responder, high-level athlete and coach, I am uniquely positioned to understand the challenges in these areas. I’m an ally of the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities, committed to creating an inclusive and supportive space.

My co-therapist Gus is training as an Animal-Assisted Intervention Dog. He often joins our sessions to provide comfort and support. While therapy takes time and effort, the rewards are truly transformative. I’m dedicated to walking alongside you in your healing journey, creating a supportive and open-minded space to explore even the most challenging issues.
