I work with clients who have been in talk therapy and are now looking for a deeper approach to healing trauma. My clients benefit from holistic approach to healing from childhood trauma and anxiety and patterns that no longer serve them and it is an honour to walk alongside each one. Using Compassionate Inquiry and somatic body mind practices, we’ll work together to transform overwhelming anxiety and the lingering effects of past trauma into a foundation for authentic, aligned choices.
