I am a Registered Psychotherapist who has been practicing psychotherapy for over 15 years. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach with extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. In addition, I am a qualified supervisor to other Psychotherapists.
Collaboratively, I will work with you to identify outdated patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that are no longer serving. My aim is to provide support, compassion, empathy and curiosity, so you can begin to gain a new level of insight and from there, move that insight into action and change.
