I have been practicing as a social worker for more than 25 years. Over the years my clients have taught me about the healing power of sharing one’s struggles and feeling understood. I offer a non-judgemental, authentic and knowledgeable space where I will help you to understand the struggle, offer techniques to ease distress, and create a collaborative plan for healing.

I offer counselling services for teens and adults. I specialize in helping with relationship struggles, identity issues, and parenting challenges. I have a wealth of experience working in elementary, secondary and post-secondary education settings and I am a parent of two wonderful adult children. I look forward to understanding your unique story.

An additional part of my practice is to offer supervision to RSW's in private practice or those who want to amplify their work in organizations/agencies. My approach is guided by your needs and I will take time to understand what those needs are. I have more than 20 years experience providing supervision to MSW's.
