I am trained in EMDR & ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and love how effective they are, especially when integrated with IFS. They often resolve long-standing issues and it’s very exciting to see this! I've worked with a diverse group of people/issues over the years and am LGBTQ+ affirmative. I specialize in providing therapy to therapists.
