My ideal clients are curious people who want to understand themselves more deeply and develop a kinder relationship with who they are. They may be navigating high-functioning anxiety, burnout, relationships, identity, life transitions, career questions, or a sense of feeling stuck or out of alignment. They’re open to exploring both practical and deeper ways of understanding themselves, and may be spiritually curious, transpersonal, "witchy", or simply drawn to a more holistic approach to therapy. If you're seeking a well-trained therapist with a feminist lens, we'll make a great fit.
I'm integrative and use a holistic & transpersonal framework with evidence-based psychology. I draw from IFS-informed parts work, EFT "tapping", mindfulness-based therapy, ACT values work, career counselling, Nature-Informed Therapy, and Jungian-informed guided imagery using Tarot. Therapy is experiential, with resources and exercises between sessions.
Maybe you’ve done a lot of thinking but still feel stuck, disconnected or unsure what comes next. I offer a space to explore your story with curiosity, using mindfulness, Jungian and “tapping” practices. For career counselling, I combine holistic tools with an evidence-based process to mine for your values, personality, interests, gifts and reality factors.
