My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. Therapy with me is collaborative and practical — we’ll explore patterns that keep you stuck while also building tools you can use in daily life. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, attachment-focused work, and DBT, but I tailor therapy to you, not a one-size-fits-all method. I have significant expertise successfully treating OCD symptoms through Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. I am also specialized in the treatment of various anxiety disorders and phobias.
Drawing on my experience as a mother, former teacher, and special education specialist, along with years of work in paediatric and adult mental health, I offer an evidence-based, developmentally sensitive approach tailored to the unique strengths and needs of each client.
I am also a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and support individuals struggles with their sexuality and/or gender identity as well as minority stress.
