For 20+ years I have worked with a variety of issues and concerns around mental health, relationships and challenging life circumstances. I enjoy working with individuals to manage life transitions and reaching goals, and couples to reignite their love for each other. My expertise: mental health, couples counseling, equine assisted therapy.
Whatever may be challenging you right now, know that you are not alone. I use a variety of counselling methods such as IFS (Lev 1), mindfulness & CBT. Grief & Loss Group: Starting April 18 for 4 weeks.
A group to discuss an array of loss related to death, health, pregnancy, or employment. We will discuss the reality of the loss, adjusting to the loss, creating a connection and/or making meaning of the loss and moving forward with the loss experience.
