English
| español Sometimes life feels very overwhelming and we can feel lost and disconnected, or even struggle with our self-worth. I work with couples and individuals who want to understand their behaviours and improve their communication and connection. You may struggle with your romantic relationships or friendships, or find yourself repeating the same patterns with different people in your life. Sometimes you feel anxious in your relationships, or don't feel connected at all. You may want to feel more at ease in your relationships with others and especially with yourself, experiencing less anxiety and feeling grounded when making decisions.
By using Attachment Theory as my lens, I aim to identify how your experiences impact your relationships and wellbeing. This helps us understand how your behaviours make sense in your own personal context, and we can explore alternative strategies to heal your relationships. We'll work holistically with thoughts, emotions, and Nervous System regulation.
I show up authentically in my practice. Born and raised in Barcelona, I bring my Mediterranean warmth and European humour to the room, aiming to make you feel comfortable and at ease. After my own journey and exploration of self-love and understanding, I'm hoping I can assist you in yours. Everyone is welcome here, and everyone's story matters to me.
