I have experience working alongside communities affected by intergenerational trauma, and I frequently work with adults and youth impacted by childhood trauma, anxiety, and stress. My background in expressive arts therapy, and training in trauma focused modalities such as EMDR, inform my approach to working with the effects of trauma.
I know that reaching out for help and meeting a counsellor can feel daunting. I welcome you wherever you are at, and hope to bring warmth and ease to this process.
