I’ve been influenced in my therapy by my own personal experience with unhealthy relationships, trauma and loss, and so have a special interest in supporting people who are struggling with the same; or who are navigating challenges with workplace harassment, bullying, burnout, high levels of stress, depression, anxiety, and intimate partner violence.
Three words which describe my therapeutic style are: patient, compassionate, and client-centred. My approach is based on my belief that each person has the ability to grow, heal, and thrive.
