We will determine a process that feels comfortable and safe, utilizing a range of evidence based therapeutic modalities, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Emotionally-focused, Gestalt, Mindfulness-based.
