This wellness centre began in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (Moh’kinsstis) to offer people groups, services, and resources that attend to the need for grief, trauma, illness, and end of life care. We are a private practice that offers a wide range of therapy and counselling for those experiences loss, grief, and end-of-life experiences. We also work with people & families experiencing many mental health concerns through life transitions. We support care workers such as nurses and funeral directors. We provide counselling services to support you with end of life preparation, support families with chronic illness, or cancer diagnosis.
We support individuals and families facing a range of grief experiences for all ages across Alberta, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. We also provide support to professionals, students, and caregivers, and to individuals and/or loved dealing with chronic illness, trauma, or oncological (cancer) diagnosis.

This is a 6-week, virtual, closed group for people caregiving a loved one with a terminal illness. We aim to facilitate healing for adults struggling with their anticipatory grief and self care.
