Finding someone to trust as you are managing through turbulent times is stressful, and can be overwhelming. I thank you for considering me as part of this journey. Specializing in strength-based approaches to assist individuals, families, and couples to find balance in daily living. I work hard to build solid relationships through understanding and trust while offering an opportunity to challenge growth in my clients though healing of the past and paving new paths to the future.
With specialized training in Trauma and EMDR. I am well versed in a variety of modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Art and Attachment. This flexibility in treatment is essential to finding the right support for your needs and not having you fit the treatment.
I created Niagara Wellness Centre in 2015, which includes a team of professionals that share my client centered, solution focused treatment methods. As a team we can provide a complete therapy package for families dealing with multiple issues. My community involvement includes Woman's Place South Niagara and Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre Niagara.
