You may be neurodivergent and tired of feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or blamed for how your brain works. Perhaps you’re navigating ADHD, autism, learning differences, grief, or the emotional weight of parenting or loss. You might function well on the outside while feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected inside. My ideal clients are teens and adults who want to better understand themselves, regulate their emotions, and move toward a life that fits who they truly are.
I work from a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed lens and bring both professional training and lived experience into the room. As a former educator, a parent of neurodivergent children, and a neurodivergent adult myself, I help clients understand how their minds work and develop practical strategies that align with their values and strengths.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy after years of masking, pushing through, or being told they should try harder. In our work together, you don’t need to explain or justify how your brain works. Therapy is collaborative, paced with care, and focused on what matters most to you. You deserve support that feels safe, respectful, and understanding.
