When you're struggling... it can be hard to know where to start. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed. Perhaps you've been carrying what has happened to you alone. Friends and family - they just don't get it. You've been doing what you can to get by, but know you're not thriving in the way you'd like to be. Perhaps you've been though a painful or traumatic experience and know you're ready to start processing what has happened to you. Or maybe, you're in a challenging life transition. You don't have to be alone with hard things. Counselling can help.
I specialize in helping parents heal from their own traumatic experiences so that they can enjoy more satisfying relationships with themselves, their partners, and their children. I also work with new parents experiencing anxiety, couples experiencing relationship issues, and young adults questioning what is next on their life journey.
Opening up is tough... It's natural to feel nervous about starting the counselling process and talking about vulnerable things. It is also courageous that you are here. You are worthy of support. Finding the right counsellor is important. Please schedule a complimentary conversation so we can see if we are a good fit to work together.
