My focus is to support you in building inner safety so you can embody your magnificent essence. I work with people from diverse backgrounds who are deep feelers and highly sensitive. I help clients navigate and process intense emotions like terror, anger, and shame, as well as survival patterns, relational challenges, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-worth, and spiritual exploration. Together, we expand your capacity for self-regulation and embodied safety. From there, we work together to process core wounds, unmet needs, and survival patterns—supporting you to come home to yourself and reclaim your power!

I use an integrative approach that is human-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-focused. I work through a somatic and emotion-focused lens weaving in threads of parts work, inner child work, and attachment theory. My approach supports clients to come back to embodied safety and connection.

As a human and counsellor, I’m a sensitive, a lover of depth, and a firm believer in authenticity. Life has often felt overwhelming for me too, and there were many moments when I felt alone in it.
