I work with adults who find themselves at thresholds in their lives, facing loss, grief, relationship challenges, and the shifts in identity and desires that can arise through life transitions and change. I bring twenty years of experience working with youth and families in holistic and alternative education informed by anti-oppressive practice. Personal experiences of disenfranchised loss and complex change have deepened my capacity to be with others with tenderness, curiosity, and humility. In our sessions together, we can co-create a compassionate space grounded in deep listening and presence.

As a Pre-Licensed Professional and Expressive Arts Therapy student under clinical supervision, I offer a collaborative and gentle approach that is non-judgmental while also inviting challenge when it supports growth. I draw on somatic, nature-based, and trauma-informed practices. I am available to meet in person, online, and for walk-and-talk sessions.
